RCMS
The Remote Crane Management System is an advanced solution for monitoring and controlling large-scale equipment in port facilities. Through fiber optic cables or wireless networks, RCMS gathers real-time operational data and surveillance video feeds from the equipment, transmitting them via Ethernet to a central server located in a remote control room. This data is processed, stored, and presented through user-friendly interfaces, providing insight into the machinery's operational status. Tailored functionalities are available for users at different levels, facilitating optimized equipment management.
Integration
Operating on the Windows platform, RCMS utilizes WebSocket technology to collect real-time data from Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and drives, converting it into standardized formats stored within a unified management system. Intuitive interfaces enable users to seamlessly browse, program, and control equipment. The system comprehensively covers various aspects of port engineering equipment management and seamlessly integrates with production management systems.
Remote real-time
By monitoring, collecting, storing, and analyzing on-site data, RCMS enables real-time and effective monitoring of production and equipment statuses. Precise operational performance indicators are derived, supporting the transformation of ports into efficient, energy-saving facilities. Adopting a client/server architecture, RCMS allows users to remotely access the full range of system functionalities according to their assigned permissions.
